Elise Does a Summersault

I thought I would try to upload a video, just for fun. I took this video of Elise today after the girls got back from gym class. Elise does a really good job at rolling forward. Everything is so hard for her, except giving and getting love. She works so hard. She really is an amazing kid. One of the therapist commented that you would never know that she was only four because of how hard she works. We are very proud of her. Its sometimes sad because you can tell she sometimes feels frustrated and isolated because she can't talk verbally. Shes comin' along and she never stops trying!

Recap: Trip to Wolverine w/ Andrew

I am just playing around with picasa and bloging, so I thought I would recap a few things that happened this summer. The photos below were taken when Andrew and I saw a snake on the road, so we stoped to catch it. The girls were excited. The only problem was that the snake was dead, however, that didn't stop the girls from playing with it.

On a side note, the girls really love to see Andrew and get really excited when he comes over. Its probably because he lets them jump all over him and chase him around.

Spud Day

September 19, 2009: Spud day!!! If you aren't aware, spud day is celebrated by Shelley Idaho farmers and town folk (or has-bens like myself.) Tiffany and I took the girls and had a good time. It rained hard, but this is one of the few times that we had planed for it so we took out our umbrellas.

1) Sophia, Remy and Elise riding behind two overworked miniature ponies.
2) Watching the parade.
3) Elise scrambling for candy.
4) Got one. Bag it quick.
